Multi-state home builder offers an opportunity to join our team.? Prefer someone familiar with the Phoenix surrounding area's.? Looking for the right candidate to prepare marketing research projects and analyze results by performing the following duties:

?Gather, analyze, and compare competitor data and pricing to that of the organization for both existing and potential projects.Maintain a market intelligence database and use computers to examine, analyze and compile statistical data in order to identify any existing or new trends in the marketplace.Prepare reports, including charts and graphs and present recommendations for action to management.Identify submarkets where management should target for acquisitions of future projects.Help assist in due diligence efforts as it relates to the marketability of product-type or future overall projects.Assist in market research objectives to help the organization meet its overall strategic goals.Analyze current statistical techniques and evaluate the latest research developments to create new market research methods.Establish research methods, such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires and design ways for successfully collecting data for each existing and previous projects.Analyze customer-purchasing patterns, preferences and organization?s image and overall marketing effectiveness.Evaluate market conditions and conduct feasibility studies to determine market demand for existing and new projects or services.
