-Assist the CM in executing and completing the discovery phase of the sales process to gain insight into how the potential client's business operates, job analysis, workflow process, wage competiveness, and performance management.
-Manage the implementation process for new Randstad Inhouse accounts.
- Design solutions and processes which enhance the productivity and business objectives of the client (ie cost savings model)
- Communicate effectively and operate in a successful team environment with the Commercial Manager, Account Managers, and the Client
- Maintaining an active role in coaching and counselling the RIS team members to maintain continuity within the RIS work processes

* -Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of microsoft excel, word and powerpoint required.
- Ability to develop processes, projects and strategic action plan within limitations of existing business model resulting in higher productivity and/or cost savings opportunities.
- Experience in identifying opportunities for producing higher levels of customer service and quality of processes focusing on the client's overall business objectives.
- Ability to identify problems, recognize important information, identify root causes and implement cost-savings solutions
- Ability and experience in utilizing effective communication style/technique to engage client to convince/obtain approval of a standpoint of a plan or idea.
-Ability to communicate with clarity and authority at all levels within client organization-proof of sound oral and written communications skills.
-Ability to initiate action based on one's own professional experience and business acumen
