Job Description:

Are you passionate enough? You won't be sitting at a desk at Max & Erma's. Our Managers create experiences by focusing on the details in the dining room and kitchen. You will be working with a dedicated team of associates, training, motivating, and leading with a focus on creating an experience for our guest so they can't wait to come back.

Required Skills:

We are currently seeking high volume managers with two plus years leadership experience for opportunities throughout our full-service casual theme system. Our long-standing practice of promoting from within allows candidates to advance in our growing system. We don't hire at the General or Regional Manager level we promote!
