Pick Up Stix is currently looking for an Assistant Manager in Dublin!

 

Position Overview:

Primarily responsible for supporting store operations in an hourly capacity.  Assists in the overall management of a Pick Up Stix restaurant.  Acts as the Store Manager in the absence of the GM.  Ensures that the store is functioning to Pick Up Stix standards.

 

Position Responsibilities:

Directly supervises 12-25 employees in the FOH and BOH.  Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization?s policies and applicable laws.

 

Qualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Must have 2 ? 3 years of restaurant experienceAbility to train, develop and motivate all staff
