Assistant Manager - FOOD & BEVERAGE OPERATIONS
Reporting directly to the Store Manager, The Assistant Manager will assist Store Managers in leading the Food & Beverage operations. This position requires 3+ years of successful and progressive F & B management experience in branded concepts or in a similar multi-unit environment.  The successful candidate will also possess:


Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth while continuously improving customer and associate satisfaction
Strong leadership skills that includes the ability to build relationships, and maintain good communications with customers and associates
Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls, quality standards, and improvement in capture
Ability to create and contribute to a learning organization, while developing people
Demonstrated commitment to leverage resources for the professional development of self and others
Experience in a union environment would be a plus; flexible hours and weekend availability is required
