The General Manager and Restaurant Manager work together to ensure customer expectations are exceeded and financial results are achieved.? The General Manager is ultimately responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities.? The GM has responsibility for the performance of the Restaurant Manager, Shift Leaders, and Crew Members.? The Restaurant Manager's role is that of an assistant, partnering with the GM to deliver results.
