Fatburger is a rapidly growing quick-casual hamburger concept that specializes in serving high quality food, cooked to order, in a fun, inviting atmosphere. Even though the expansion of the concept is new to Ohio, Fatburger?s storied history dates back to the 1950?s. There are currently more than eighty-four stores nationwide. FB Restaurant Group, LLC is the franchisee for the Cleveland, Akron, Canton and Columbus areas. Our plans include the opening of two Fatburger Restaurants in the next six months, and another thirteen over the next five years.



FB Restaurant Group LLC is currently seeking experienced restaurant assistant managers and shift leaders for the greater Cleveland area. We are seeking highly motivated individuals that possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Candidates will also be responsible for handling customer service issues, the hiring, training and daily supervision of hourly employees, the overall cleanliness and physical appearance of the restaurant, and the total customer satisfaction experience. The candidates that possess an ?old school? work ethic, the ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively with customers and employees and are eager to learn and grow will thrive with this opportunity.
