Help Little Caesars be a leader in the Food - Agriculture and Services industry by acting as the Restaurant Assistant Manager who serves fast food restaurant customers; accomplishes fast food restaurant human resource objectives; achieves fast food restaurant operational objectives; meets fast food restaurant financial objectives; opens the fast food restaurant; maintains flow of satisfied fast food diners; provides fast food meals and drinks; keeps fast food restaurant equipment operating; maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment; closes the fast food restaurant; maintains professional and technical knowledge; accomplishes fast food chain goals.

Qualifications

Previous office management experience. Can maintain resource materials, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth office operation.

Ensures that the customer receives a superior product or service. Listens attentively and responds effectively to customer complaints.

Aware of basic sanitation issues. Engages in sanitary practices and maintains a clean food preparation environment.

Effective managing in a changing environment. Skills include leadership, planning, developing policies, delegation, and tracking performance against measurable goals.

Makes effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.

Uses understanding of the business to develop long term strategies to competitively position the company.

Experience communicating regular status to clients, superiors, and peers.

Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.

Skilled at measuring costs of products, services, or other cost objectives.


AS or equivalent experience.
