As a management team member at Little Caesars, you will have the opportunity to partner with us, in helping the restaurants achieve sales growth and profitability. You will be able to do this by hiring, training and developing your team, in order for your restaurant to operate in such a way as to provide a high level of customer service, while achieving your sales and profitability goals. You can tailor your schedule to meet your needs. An Assistant Manager position is perfect for students or the right candidate looking to develop into the next Full-Time manager! General Manager positions are full-time, benefited positions with opportunities for profit sharing/bonus cash incentives for achieving realistic sales and operational goals.

 

We are looking for candidates in the Madison and surrounding areas that have excellent leadership, communication and team building skills and a strong background in management. Qualifications include a minimum of 1 year management or shift leader experience, preferably in high-volume restaurant/retail environment. A high school diploma or GED is required.
