 Job Description

To be able to manage all shifts, be responsible for the entire scheduling process, oversee the balancing of drawers, handle inventory, work in and run both the front of house as well as the back of house in day to day operations. Must understand how to control labor and food cost without jeopardizing customer service.  This person will assist the Owner with all aspects of running a fast pace and efficient restaurant.

 Winter- 10:30am-10:00pm daily

 Summer- 10:30am-11:00pm daily
