Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf Club

Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf Club currently has an opening for an Assistant to the Food and Beverage Director.

Duties will include, scheduling, service training and supervising staff.

Implement budgets and apply relevant market principles to ensure that the wants and the needs of club members and guests are consistently met.

Banquet negotiations, contracting, set up and implementation.

Point of Sale Computer programming.

Work with the Executive Chef and the Director of Food and Beverage to develop new techniques for food and beverage presentation working toward maximum member satisfaction and appropriate food and beverage costs.

The successful applicant will be able to communicate freely with members, their guests and Miromar employees.

Compensation will be discussed at time of interview.
