Currently we are looking for an Associate Specialty Team Leader for our Rochester Hills store to supervise all specialty team operations and Team Members. Interview, select and train qualified New Members in conjunction with the Team Leader. Schedule Team Members to cover all duties and ensure they follow through with assigned responsibilities within set labor guidelines. Evaluate and document Team Member work performance. Assist Team Leader in analysis of sales, reports, and labor. Support Team Leader in principle duties and responsibilities. Function as point person in absence of Team Leader.Train to become a Specialty Team Leader.

 

Must Have/Be:

Knowledge, skills and abilities of a Specialty Buyer.

Minimum six months specialty experience or equivalent.

Demonstrated decision-making ability, leadership skills and ability to prioritize.

Analytical ability and proficiency in math.

40 hour availability; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Written action plan.
