Asst. General Manager Needed for Growing Restaurant/Sports Bar

Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar, a pioneering, fast-casual grill and sports bar has grown to over 300 locations in 30 states. Our first California location has opened in Rancho Cucamonga and we need an additional senior manager to continue our growth. The ideal candidate should be ready to assume full General Manager duties within 9-12 months.

You must have at least three years experience in restaurant management, with a strong kitchen and bar background. You must be a team player, possess leadership skills and a strong desire to motivate people to be their best. A 4-week manager training program is mandatory and requires being out-of-state for one month.

Buffalo Wild Wings features a variety of boldly flavored, made-to-order menu items, including Buffalo, New York-style chicken wings spun in one of 12 signature sauces. In addition to our legendary fresh wings, the menu also features boneless wings, specialty hamburgers, sandwiches, wraps, finger foods, salads, desserts and a kid?s menu. Additionally, the restaurant offers a full bar including 20 domestic and imported beers on tap, and a broad selection of bottled beer, wine and liquor.
