BKB Assistant Manager Product R & D

This position resides within Product Research & Development as part of New Product Teams, providing functional support and assisting the facilitation of consumer-based feedback relating to new products. The incumbent will assist Product Development Managers and will work cross-functionally with Market Research and Marketing R&D functions to ensure the timely development of new products. Accountabilities include execution of product testing protocols ensuring "Gold Standard" product quality delivery from bench-top through the supply chain to consumer, including testing in laboratory and restaurant settings; coordination with in-house and external consumer testing functions; identification and implementation of process improvements; maintenance of competitive product analysis database; evaluation of viability of new products in restaurants; and development of product handling procedures and tools as necessary to deliver optimal product quality. The ideal candidate would have dairy or protein manufacturing experience.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field is required; graduate work is preferred.
In addition to technical and functional expertise and experience with MS Office, the successful candidate must demonstrate superior leadership and communication potential. Project related travel is required as well as the willingness to be a member of a dynamic team.
