Barista/ Lead Barista Role

These positions require excellent customer service skills and communication skills;

One year of restaurant or retail experience preferred.

A passion for coffee is a plus! 

 

Manger Role

Responsible for all store operations and supervision of personnel.

Requires a high school degree or equivalent;

2 or more years prior retail management and sales experience;

Business management experience including inventory management and P&L understanding;

Excellent communication skills; ability to motivate staff; superior customer service skills.
