Bartender

Responsible for the preparation of cocktails to all cocktail servers assigned to his/her station. Receives orders from Cocktail Servers and prepares drinks according to requests. Communicates to beverage management the need for stock of beverage items and equipment. Ensures that clean and sanitary conditions of bar service area are maintained. Maintains organization of all beverage supplies and equipment in service area. Completes special assignments for the Beverage Assistant Shift Supervisor and/or Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor and above as requested.



High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience as Bartender or bar porter required. Knowledge of drink recipes and preparation.
