Coordinate and administer the sale of beverages in outlets, lounge and banquet functions.  Manage the lounge and restauant bar operations and oversee all aspects of these outlets.  Hire, train, supervise and direct staff in all beverage operations in the hotel. Observe performance and encourage improvement where necessary. 

High school or equivalent education required.  Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of two years food and beverage experience and two years of supervisory experience required.  Previous bartending experience preferred.
