Delivers superior customer service. Aware of basic sanitation issues. Engages in sanitary practices and maintains a clean food preparation environment. Knowledge of the service, handling and legal ramifications of alcohol service. Excellent written and verbal skills. Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience, prefer experience managing a restaurant with a full bar. Skilled at summarizing and analyzing information for budgeting revenues and expenses. Capable of facilitating discussion between individuals with differing perspectives. Experience confronting performance issues as well as giving rewards and recognition. Makes effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities. Capable of profit and loss responsibility through setting financial goals and managing budgets. Capable of staffing and maintaining a team of people. Strong work ethic. Uses time productively to accomplish work goals.
