Corporate Dining Concepts is seeking to hire a Corporate Chef. This person will be responsible for the development of new recipes that will be utilized in our business and industry accounts.

 

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:Development and testing of new recipes for the ?at work? environment;Setting product and purchasing specifications for all menus and recipes used by the company;Setting procedures and standards of preparation and serving of menu items;Training of in-account chefs/cooks and managing the proper methods;Working with marketing to develop new innovative concepts and promotions;Developing onsite and offsite executive catering standards;Setting and achieving culinary operational objectives;Working with the business development staff to achieve our company?s aggressive growth goals; Meeting culinary and financial objectives by developing recipes, menus and specifications, and working with our current and new suppliers;Overseeing all phases of our food operation.

 

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:Food research, recipe development, menu planning, process development and process planning;Multi tasker and team player;Leadership and instructional skills (you will be a trainer);Knowledge of food sanitation and safety management;Commitment to excellence; vision;Proficiency in management skills; focus on quality;Computer literate (knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook a must).
