Catering Sales Manager - Chicago, IL - Business Services

As a Catering Sales Manager for the ARAMARK operation at, you will direct the actual sales of catering services to customers by establishing quotas and goals. Analyze outside sales opportunities to determine sales potential and monitor the preferences of customers. The Catering Sales Manager should have basic knowledge of contractual agreements and ability to generate clear and concise instructions to clients through use of these agreements. Supervises booking, selecting and costing menu items, pricing and generating banquet orders for events and parties.

Ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years industry & management experience as well as a strong focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business. Strong organizational skills with a proven track record in successful catering sales are essential for success in this role. Time management and negotiation skills are essential. Previous experience in account management, cold calling, sales and catering operations is preferred.
