Catering Supervisor for Fast Paced Ames Restaurant
Full Time Supervisor / Management assistant for fast paced Catering and Banquet Hall.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Catering Events
Supervising catered events
Supervising Catering Staff
Supervising on-site facility events
Supervising on-site facility staff
Bartending
Prepping food and equipment for events
Setting Banquet Facility
Cleaning
Assist Manager with following duties:
Ordering and Stocking Supplies
Working with customers to book events via phone and in person
Office work - Contract writing, menu costing, payroll, daily bookkeeping
Staff Scheduling
Act in place of Manager in Managers absence
Great working environment with a positive staff! We strive to keep our customers and our staff happy!
Must be able to work nights and weekends. A minimum of 2 nights a week and 3 weekends a month are required. Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule. Must have a positive attitude and truly enjoy working with people. Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred. Previous experience with catering preferred but not required. Must be a team player who is able to lead when necessary and follow when necessary.
