Cold Stone Creamery Asst. Manager

Cold Stone Creamery is the fastest growing Ice Cream Concept in the United States with over 1,200 stores in operation.  It is the premium product and the premium experience that brings customers back.  We are currently looking for an assistant manager for our location in the King of Prussia Mall (Plaza).  Our company promotes from within wherever possible.

 

Managers and shift supervisors will exercise discretion in operating a store by spending a majority of time in the store making staffing decisions, ensuring customer satisfaction (delivering The Ultimate Ice Cream Experience), managing financial performance, food and labor cost figures, and safety and security within the store.

 

Responsibilities include:Hiring, training, and helping crew members to deliver ?The Ultimate Ice Cream Experience? Identifying, communicating, and delegating appropriate responsibilities to crewmembers Managing with integrity, honesty, knowledge, and promoting our core values Coordinating the rollout of sales and marketing programs by developing plans, motivating, training, and instructing crewmembers toward implementation Providing coaching and direction to crew in order to achieve operational goals

 

The ideal candidate will possess:Reliable transportation Basic computer background A proven track record or demonstrated leadership from a previous position The desire to lead with success  Any previous food & beverage experience is considered a strong plus.

 

 

This position is part-time, hours will vary but will be no less than 25 hours per week.Applicant must be available to work nights and weekends.  Pay rate will start at $10.00-$12.00 per hour with advancement when possible.
