Cook - Village Oaks At Mesa

The Cook will help manage the operation of the Dining Service Department, including: food ordering and accountability; preparation; food delivery and cleanliness in accordance with appropriate health department regulations.  Duties include: helping the Dining Services Director schedule staff; ensuring equipment is maintained; ensuring food is prepared in a nutritional, appetizing fashion and presented in an attractive manner and other duties as assigned.

 

Qualified candidates must be formally trained in the culinary arts or have equivalent experience; must be able to relate positively to residents and families as well as meet all health requirements.
