Ted's Montana Grill is now hiring Restaurant Managers for our new location in Cranston, RI.

 

Ted?s Montana Grill, a joint venture between media tycoon Ted Turner and famed restaurateur George McKerrow, Jr., is a gathering place for family and friends, offering comfort food for the 21st century. In an authentic, craftsman-style Montana bar and grill, our restaurant offers time-honored American favorites. To ensure freshness and quality, we prepare our recipes with fresh ingredients made from scratch, in small batches made often.

What we look for?

Our initial qualification is at least two years' management experience in a busy full-service restaurant.  Beyond that, we look for integrity, a strong guest focus, a passion for maintaining high standards and a burning desire to be part of something great.

 

Management Structure

Each location is lead by a team of managers.  Our Proprietors have full responsibility for all of the restaurant's results.  Assisting the Proprietor is a Kitchen Manager who has Heart-of-the-House responsibilities and a Manager who is primarily guest-focused, with additional responsibilities throughout the restaurant.  In addition to our management teams, we empower "Team Leaders" to assist with management functions, thereby growing their skills and preparing them for future roles with Ted's Montana Grill.

 

Training ? Ted?s Montana Grill University

Training our future leaders is serious business at Ted's Montana Grill.  Our Managers-in-Training come to Atlanta for several weeks in heart-of-the-house, front-of-the-house and leadership training in our state-of-the-art facilities at our Restaurant Support Center.  Industry veterans with specialized experience will facilitate your training - bringing you "best practices" to enhance your abilities.
