DIRECTOR, PRODUCT MARKETING

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for leading a direct and cross-functional team from concept to launch (including testing, consumer messaging, internal communication, overall launch plan and analysis).
Responsible for identifying short and long-term sales building opportunities via new product opportunities using comprehensive analysis and consumer research.
Manages creative and public relations agencies related to all assigned product activities.
Monitors complete menu category and product success by tracking and analyzing sales mix and research results.
Determine product pricing strategy.
Communicates to Management in a timely and effective manner.

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have 7-10 years of product development experience with a premium CPG or Food Retail company.
Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles and concepts to manage entire menu categories.
Deep understanding of consumer research.
Ability to set strategy and align resources against the opportunities.
Ability to lead and develop direct and cross-functional teams.
Top notch project management skills.
Operates with a sense of urgency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
College Degree required, MBA preferred.
