JOB DESCRIPTION:

Corporate Dining Concepts Inc. manages and provides its corporate clients with all areas of  ?at work? foodservice. The District Manager/Key Account General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of our accounts including employee cafes, executive catering, employee vending services and office coffee services.

 

DUTIES:Managing direct report managers and assistant managers;Establishing account business plans by surveying demands, conferring with account contacts, identifying and evaluating opportunities to grow onsite participation, customer satisfaction and profits;Meeting the company and client objectives by developing/preparing strategic quarterly and annual forecast and budget and analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions; establishing and monitoring financial controls;Attracting, hiring and training only the best people to work in a positive and friendly environment; Assuring that all subordinate staff are following company standards and policies to best serve our clients;Maintaining customers and client satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food, beverage and service offerings, initiating improvements, building relationships with our clients and customers;Maintaining safe, secure and healthy facilities by meeting or exceeding all Serv-Safe and Health Dept. guidelines, standards and procedures;Accomplishing company goals by accepting responsibility for goals and objectives, and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

 

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in management of large business and industry foodservice, vending, OCS type accounts (multi-unit experience helpful);Proficient in cost accounting, developing budgets and operation as well as financial planning; Must have excellent skills in verbal and written communication;Computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency are a must);Leadership, decision making and information processing skills;Customer focus, quality focus.
