The training program at Dave & Buster's is designed to take you through every department and every position. Our Manager-in-Training program is designed to help you understand how each and every department impacts our business. All aspects of restaurant procedures, employee functions and D&B management are covered in this comprehensive training. Our Restaurant Manager training program is generally about 10 weeks. Assistant Kitchen Manager In Training programs generally span 8 weeks, and training for Special Events, Amusements, and Business Analysts is between 3 and 6 weeks. Each training program is customized based on your work history and individual strengths.
