We are interviewing for General Managers & Assistant Managers with a minimum of two years management experience in a high volume restaurant environment for our corporate locations in Lakeland/Winter Haven and the surrounding areas. Provide leadership and supervision to a single restaurant management team and its employees. The position reports to an Area Manager and supervises up to four restaurant managers, and up to 100 hourly restaurant employees with direct accountability for all operational results for one company restaurant.
Experience/Education
High School Graduate or equivalent, advanced education preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in restaurants as a General Manager or comparable position. Must successfully complete the Denny's management training program. Must be legally eligible for employment in the US.
