Group Sales Manager - Restaurant
NASCAR Cafe is the only Official Full Service Restaurant of NASCAR! We currently operate two large Entertainment Complexes/Restaurants and are getting set to launch the "NASCAR Sports Grille" chain across the U.S..
NASCAR Cafe at Universal Studio's City Walk in Orlando, Florida is a 20,000+ sq ft Restaurant, Retail and Interactive Gaming Complex.
Currently, we are looking to add a new position, Group Sales Manager, at the Orlando location.
Orlando is one of the top vacation and convention cities, the opportunities for group business are enormous. In order to attract as much of the group and convention business as possible, someone must actively market to and solicit those groups.
The right individual will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan designed to attract both medium and large size groups to the NASCAR Cafe. Menu development, pricing options and customizing events will be part of the Group Sales Manager's role.
Aggressive solicitation and booking goals are a must. Must lead by example and have a positive disposition as well as being service driven.
This is a salary plus commission position, self motivation is a must.
Successful candidates should have at least 3 years experience in Group or Convention Sales. Casual dining management also a plus.
