RESPONSIBILITIES:
Through overall leadership creates, promotes and ensures the efficient implementation of innovative, high quality, and profitable Food & Beverage services to Disneyland Resort Guests. Leads Restaurant operations through active stage management during restaurant operating hours. Provides input to set the parameters of new products through creative, financial, and client analysis. Continues to look for ways to enhance the Guest Experience. Models leadership behaviors that encourage Cast to maintain and promote a fun work environment. Provides daily leadership to Cast Members by reward and recognition, coaching, counseling, discipline and training and development.
Mentors and develops Leads/General Leads through development plans for future management. Utilizes partnering skills in working closely with all departments to ensure an efficient and seamless operation. Ensures a high level of Food and Beverage product, service, safety, and sanitation knowledge to all Cast Members.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* H.S. or equivalent required.
* B.A./B.S. preferred
* 1-2 years leadership experience in a high volume full service restaurant leadership role
* Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must possess reasonable mathematical skills
* Must possess a basic understanding of food sanitation
* Proven ability to lead and develop a team
* Proven strong Guest Service orientation
* Possess excelelnt interpersonal and organizational skills
* Ability to listen effectively and communicate verbally and in written form

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Food and Beverage Sanitation certificate.
* Knowledge of wine
* Food and Beverage TIPS certification
* Understanding of Union Labor Laws and Contracts
