Hootwinc, LLC., a franchisee of Hooters Restaurants operating 22 locations in Washington, Iowa, Nebraska, Oregon and California, is now accepting applications for GENERAL MANAGER for the Tacoma market.  We have a strong spirit, a strong culture, and we pride ourselves in providing our guests with an experience where they will say, "I had a great time, I'll be back, and I'm telling all my friends".

 

THE GENERAL MANAGER POSITION:

The General Manager interacts with fellow management, team members, and customers on a daily basis in an effort to promote the business while maintaining conceptual integrity and core values of the organization.  He/she coordinates food service activities of the Hooters establishment by performing duties in accordance within company guidelines while maintaining comparable sales growth and profitability. Most importantly, the General Manager personifies the Hooters Brand- A fun-loving, but professional individual who takes the business seriously without taking himself (or herself) too seriously!
