Tri-Arch Inc.is a locally owned and operated organization of sixteen restaurants in the Northeast Ohio area.We are looking to fill a number of management positions at the hourly and salaried level. Prior restaurant or management experience is preferred, but not required. We will take you through training that can and will include a ServSafe state certification and McDonalds management development courses that can and do lead to the general manager positions and beyond. We are seeking individuals who have great people skills, are results driven and strive to be the best. Creating a great customer service environment and experience are priority one.

Duties can and may include preparing deposits, controlling labor costs, meeting customer service goals and targets, inventory management, management of maintenance staff and duties, maintaining high levels of cleanliness at the restaurant, training and management of training teams and goals, profit and loss management, all the while keeping a personal development plan in place and progressing.
