McDonald?s, the world?s largest Quick Service Restaurant, currently has management opportunities available within our corporate owned restaurants.  As a member of our management team, you will receive training in the basics of restaurant operations that will allow you to coordinate people, product and equipment with a goal of delivering outstanding quality, service, cleanliness and value on every shift you manage.

 

And?McDonald?s is the only current restaurant organization to be recognized by the American Council on Education, (ACE), for our restaurant management curriculum.  In fact, your participation in our training programs can earn you up to 46 college credits towards your 2-year or 4-year degree programs at any traditional college or university!

 

Job responsibilities include:Manage shifts and/or areas without supervision.Train and educate crew on all personnel policies, security and safety procedures.Enforce and manage all food safety and sanitation requirements and practices.Effectively use pre-shift and shift planning tools so as to meet volume demands.Maintain profit controls to include food cost, labor, waste and cash.Support marketing and promotions as directed to maximize sales potential.Contribute to the hiring, performance appraisals and retention of crew.
