They are responsible for the training and development of their Managers and hourly team as well as developing a strong local community presence. Previous 2-3 years restaurant GM experience required. Base Salary is $50,000+ per year ++ aggressive bonus program. Manager: The Manager supports the General Manager in all aspects of shift management including: staffing, training, administration, and managing food and labor costs. Previous 2 plus years restaurant management experience required. Our Menu:
Johnny Carino?s brings the flavor and spirit of the Italian countryside to life. The menu features "Grandioso" platters catering to families and dining parties of all sizes. Inspired by Southern Italian country recipes, the menu starts with appealing appetizers, such as our signature Pepperoni Bread, Bruschetta, Calamari and Italian Nachos.
