SALES: Demonstrates "ACCOUNTABILITY" for growing sales by ensuring great CHAMPS execution (on target or better CHAMPSChecks - shopper program) and driving local store marketing. Ensures restaurant is ready for marketing initiatives and product promotions and execute suggestive selling. Visibly supports new restaurant development, including multi-branding and new concepts. Provides needed "COACHING AND SUPPORT" to Management Team and Team Members on any sales opportunities; ensures that their restaurant hits its trade-up target in order to drive restaurant sales; effectively prioritizes initiatives in the area that drive sales. Gathers input and then provides regular feedback to the Area Coach on sales trends and opportunities. Demonstrates "ACCOUNTABILITY" for planning appropriate staffing levels to handle restaurant sales. PROFIT: Demonstrates "EXCELLENCE" by ensuring cost control standards are executed in the restaurant. Involves their team in setting and reaching restaurant goals. Uses appropriate reports to analyze their business and establish tactics for improvement. Drives ownership of profit plan by aligning the Restaurant Management Team, communicating goals, and providing needed "COACHING AND SUPPORT" on improvements through regular coaching sessions. Attains overhead plan.
