Joe?s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab, brought to you by ICON LLC in conjunction with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises (LEYE), has quickly earned a reputation as one of the nation?s premier restaurants. Located at street level within the superb Forum Shops at Caesar?s Palace, the concept was created in partnership with the legendary Joe?s Stone Crab in Miami Beach. We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual for the position of KITCHEN MANAGER.
The Las Vegas menu continues to feature the world-renowned Florida Stone Crab Claws with their signature Creamy Mustard Sauce, as well as fresh seafood flown in daily from around the world, with specialties such as Madagascar Shrimp, Nantucket Cape Scallops, Fresh Alaskan King Crab and Copper River Salmon. Joe?s is also known for their selection of bone-in steaks, including the original 16-ounce Bone-In Filet Mignon.
Successful Kitchen Manager candidates will possess 2+ years of supervisory experience in a high volume, upscale kitchen and be able to motivate staff to achieve the highest industry standards. Our ideal candidate will be a confident hospitality professional with a history of success. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your culinary career!
