DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

? Recruiting, developing and promoting associates

? Providing clear direction and leadership to associates

? Ensuring that guests are treated in a courteous and friendly manner at all times

? Accurately reporting and assessing financial data

? Retain a culture of excitement for our guests and associates in a safe and fun environment

? Ensure proper sanitation procedures and equipment is maintained appropriately

? Maintain or exceed standard speed of service times in the restaurant

? Maintain all areas of the restaurant at or above all cleanliness standards

? Achieving specific targeted goals for food cost, labor cost and supplies

? Maintaining sales at or above prescribed standard

? Conducting accurate daily and weekly inventories

? Executing dining room management functions and guest interaction

? Supporting and promoting all national and Company-sponsored marketing events

? Promoting internal marketing through suggestive selling, sampling and positive guest interaction

?  Implementation of company initiatives, and special project assistance as requested
