Love Working with People but Hate the Late Nights and Weekends?
Energetic Marketing Firm Seeks Restaurant/Retail/Hospitality Experience
G. Franklin & Company, Inc. is hiring for entry level sales and marketing positions.
Does your wrist hurt from carrying trays?
Tired of spinach dip stains on your clothes?
Spending your whole paycheck AT WORK because you have to wear your company's products?
Tired of customers who think 15% is a GREAT TIP???
Are you ready to have CONTROL over your own SUCCESS?
G. Franklin & Company, Inc. is a privately-owned marketing firm in the Louisville area with an expanding client portfolio. We have experienced tremendous growth since opening our doors in 2005 and plan to open offices in Indianapolis, Nashville and Lexington before this year ends. Our goal is to more than double in size in the next year.
The available position in our Louisville branch is for an ENTRY LEVEL MARKETING and SALES REPRESENTATIVE. Because we train from the ground up, we do not require our entry level candidates to have any experience. We do require candidates to have outstanding interpersonal skills, an unbeatable work ethic, unquestionable integrity, a willingness to learn, and a desire to grow both professionally and personally.
We find that candidates in the restaurant, retail, and hospitality industries have valuable skill sets due to their constant interaction with the public and ability to deal with people in various situations.
All of our positions are entry-level, allow for rapid advancement into a branch-management role, and involve DIRECT INTERACTION WITH PEOPLE on a day to day basis. This position involves face to face sales of services to new business prospects. DO NOT APPLY to this position if you want to be in an office or cubicle staring at a computer screen eight hours a day.
Paid training included. Benefits Available. All positions are entry level regardless of experience where advancement is based upon initiative and merit. Pay based upon individual performance. Internships available. A 4 year college degree is preferred but not mandatory. We are filling positions ASAP so please respond promptly if interested.
Please cut and paste resumes by email to: hr@gfranklinco.com , or call 502-493-3892 and ask to speak with Jami in Human Resources.
