Chipotle (chi-Poat-lay) serves gourmet burritos and tacos at a reasonable price in a cool atmosphere.  We're looking for a few high energy General Managers, Service Managers, and Kitchen Managers for 2 new locations opening soon in Pittsburgh. We're looking for the very best people to manage our restaurants. You must be passionate about food and running a great restaurant, a great communicator, and able to recognize and develop talent. HERE IS WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!
Position Requirements-
You must posess a high school diploma/GED/equivelant, have previous experience in the restaurant industry (at any level; such as serving, bartending, cooking, supervising...) as well as experience inside or outside of the restaurant industry in a supervisor or management role.

 

Position Summary-
Our managers are responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the restaurant. These include, though not limited to: the training and development of crew members, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining budgets set by the management team.

 

AS A GENERAL MANAGER, HERE IS WHAT YOU'LL GET?
Free Time-
We thrive on making gourmet burritos, but everyone needs time to just play. You'll get 2 weeks per year (you start earning it from day one, and after three months you can take it) then at the beginning of your fifth year, you begin earning 3 weeks per year.

 

Fiestas-
Our restaurants are closed New Year's Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas, and close early on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Oh, and two floating holidays - you choose.  Paid to be off on a holiday...welcome to Chipotle!
