Qualifications


Previous management experience. Can maintain a library of resource materials, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth operation.


Makes effective decisions with limited time and information. Determines decision-making criteria based on priorities.


Demonstrates experience with process reengineering techniques/tools such as process flowcharts, pareto diagrams, cause-and-effect diagrams, and control charts.


Thinks globally, takes a broad view of the business and its opportunities. Develops long-term strategies for growth.


Experience relaying sensitive information to appropriate parties. Keeps superiors, peers, and direct reports updated based on their information needs.


Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.


Designs the organization for optimal customer service. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer.


Thorough understanding of sanitation-related issues. Takes all precautions and preventative measures necessary to ensure a clean food preparation environment.


Senior management experience. Skills include strategic planning, influencing others, and supporting organizational change.


Skilled at measuring costs of products, services, or other cost objectives.


High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
