Title: 

Regional Recruiter



 Basic Function: This position is the intellectual owner of recruitment for restaurant operations managers within his/her region.  Direct responsibility in recruitment includes  General Managers, Assistant General Manager, Operations Managers, Sales Managers, and Kitchen Managers 

 

Duties &

Responsibilities:

? Partnering with all of our operations leaders in evolving unique recruitment strategies to meet business requirements. 

? Attracting and hiring the best talent

? Meeting the year-on-year recruitment numbers for company owned restaurants within your region.

? Owning the gamut of recruitment related activities from Employee referrals, University relations, Internships, Campus recruitment and all new initiatives launched by the recruitment team.

? Drive the process simplification obtaining the highest quality in candidates through the recruitment process at the field management level.

? Manages the on-line selection process ensuring 100% compliance is adhered.

? Critical member of the Human Resources and Training team,

? Conduct on-going analysis on recruitment success rate.

 

Experience: The successful candidate will have:

 

? College studies/degree in related area

? Minimum of 5 years of experience ? recruitment and operations management industry combination.

? Experience in evolving strategies around recruitment & marketing the organization.

? Exhibited creativity in successfully lunching new initiatives around recruitment.

? Ability to influence and interact with senior management and front line operations management.

? Should have excellent interpersonal skills

? Strong presentation skills

 

Desired  This individual will have worked as a part of a classical Human Resources department and understands the dynamics of driving and implementing HR processes like s they related to recruitment.

Compensation:  $70,000 - $95,000
