Management Training

Our management training program is one of the best in the restaurant industry. Our all-inclusive hands-on training program is conducted at one of our three training units. During the six week training period, you will be shown and learn every aspect of Sizzler's operations. After completing the training program, you will be assigned to one of our Sizzler units with the company's most experienced and senior general managers. They will then guide you through a six-month on-going management development plan tailored just for you. this will provide you with all the support assistance that you will need to help accelerate your development and career growth with Sizzler.

Compensation and Benefits

Our achievable incentive bonus program that is paid quarterly can exceed 20% of your annual salary. Forbco Management will pay 100% of the cost for your medical and dental insurance. Family members are also offered benefits for an additional cost. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the company sponsored 401K savings plan and other tax deferred programs.
