 Openings for a Kitchen Manager and a General Manager in our new restaurant opening in Port Charlotte with a "hot new concept".  Our candidates must have minimum 2 years experience in management of a full service restaurant.  Good people skills, communication skills, hiring and ongoing training skills, knowledge of both FOH and BOH operations, awareness of the importance of food and liquor costs are a necessary part of the job.  Our candidate must be able to hire good long term employees and keep our customers satisfied.  We offer a great opportunity for the long term along with a good salary package including bonus and benefits.
