Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant provides marketing and administrative support to the Vice President of Marketing.  Their responsibilities include communicating promotions to appropriate company and franchise contacts, running and updating weekly reports, maintaining company information, fielding phone calls and responding to marketing inquiries.   

Key Responsibilities Include:
Assist the Vice President of Marketing
Prepare written materials for internal communication
Compile packets for Marketing meetings
Maintain franchise and company store and contact database
Support conference and company events as needed
Place annual Gift Card orders, maintain awareness of inventory and serve as the primary contact to gift card inquiries
Review and update company store Yellow Page Listings
Run and update weekly reports
Run and review national promotional incentive reports for company stores
Respond to marketing inquiries regarding sponsorships proposals and marketing ideas
Respond to requests and send out donations to charities and organizations
Work closely with marketing agencies and provide store information and follow up with HOA GMs as necessary 
Work with Franchisees to receive seasonal menu orders and POP
Sort through daily mail and packages
Answer and field calls directed to the VP of Marketing
Serve as the primary contact for questions regarding National Promotions and POP materials
