Then look no further.  Illas Enterprises, Inc., an eight store McDonald's franchise, is currently hiring STORE MANAGERS, STORE MANAGERS IN TRAINING, and ASSISTANT STORE MANAGERS.  We are looking for motivated individuals who can think fast, work smart, and build high performance teams for our Tampa and Clearwater restaurants.

 

 

WE HAVE IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

 

 

STORE MANAGER:  This position is suited for candidates with recent experience as a McDonald?s Store Manager.  This is a Fast Track position for the candidate who is ready for a rewarding career with a successful company.

 

 

STORE MANAGER IN TRAINING:  This is a Fast Track position for applicants with prior experience as a Store Manager in the fast food industry.  After an initial training period of one to three months, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations.

 

 

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGERS:  Assistant Store Managers will manage the restaurant unsupervised.  Assistant Managers are responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations under the supervision of the Store Manager.

 

 

HOURLY MANAGEMENT positions are also available, and top performers will have many opportunities to advance into salary positions.

 

 

PREVIOUS MCDONALD'S or FAST FOOD MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.  Applicants from other fast food concepts are encouraged to apply.  We have a training program in place to teach you everything you need to know to be successful.
