McDonald's Assistant Manager Positions

We are seeking energy driven candidates for Assistant Managment positions to join our team that would like a great challenge at our McDonald's restaurant in Marlton, NJ. This particular restaurant is very unique in that it also includes a Bistro concept, side by side drive thrus (2 drive thrus), Indoor Playland and is a high volume store. The candidates must be ambitious, willing to grow with us, love dealing with the public and crew as well.

 

The job requires the person to run their own shifts, deal with cash management, control labor and food costs on the shifts, and to come up with ideas to make it more productive during their shifts. We are seeking people with some experience in the fast food industry, however, no experience is acceptable as well. If you don't have experience in McDonald's, we would have to put you on a time frame to learn the system first.

 

We do seek these candidates that also would like to move up the ladder and be able to grow with us. Training is also provided in which the candidate would also go to classes to learn the different levels as the are working. These classes are college credited towards your educational background.
