Multi Unit Supervisor
Job Description:
Franchise restaurant chain has an immediate need for an experienced Multi-unit Supervisor in 24/7 high volume, sit down/casual dining environments. The qualified candidate will be responsible for supervising and developing restaurant managers to ensure superior guest service and satisfaction, product quality, and maximum profitability.
Essential Responsibilities:
-Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Multi-unit Supervisor
-Open to relocation in California or Nevada
-Experience and accountability in a franchise setting preferred, financial reporting/accounting, inventory control, purchasing, staff supervision and managment, labor costs, food cost preparation and strong customer service.
-Strong supervisory/leadership skills and able to manage multi work shifts.
-Experienced in hiring, training and developoment from employee to managers.
-Computer literate/strong PC/POS skills.
-Demonstrated record in customer service and sales generation.
-Serv/Safe certification preferred.
-Able to work varied shifts to include weekends.
