NEW RESTAURANT OPENING -- Hiring Restaurant Workers

Noah's Bagels is a neighborhood based, deli inspired restaurant in the Quick-Casual segment of the restaurant industry. We currently operate 72 locations along the West Coast and we're growing!

Noah's Bagels hiring an hourly Shift Manager, Crewmember and Prep-Person for our brand new Mercer Island location opening soon!

SHIFT MANAGER:

Candidates will have prior exposure to store budgets and cost controls, a basic understanding of "back of house" and "front of house" operations and experience coaching and directing employees. Shift Supervisors work in a hands-on, restaurant setting involving constant interaction with customers, employees, and regional office managers. Candidates must be able to effectively communicate, identify food quality, tolerate heat and walk-in freezers, lift/maneuver boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, and stand/walk on hard surfaces for up to 10 hours per day. Shifts typically take place between 5:00 a.m. ? 6:00 p.m. NO NIGHTS!!!

CREWMEMBER:

Crewmembers typically work a shift between 5am and 6pm. Crewmembers have a friendly, enthusiastic, customer focused attitude and take pride in their work. Service positions involve guest orders, food preparation and food execution. Employees must be able to offer the customers an enjoyable dining experience where food and beverage products are efficiently served according to company standards of excellence for quality, sanitation and consistency. Ability to read, count, write and speak coherently in English in order to effectively communicate is necessary.

PREP-PERSON:

In charge of preparing food for the restaurant. Prepares fresh fruit and vegetables (wash, cut, portion), salads, meat, etc. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand on hard surfaces for 8 hours per day. This position does not include interaction with the customers and limited English is acceptable.
