Job Responsibilities:

?  Responsible for the training, coaching, and development of the restaurant team

?  Management of the restaurant?s finances, facility, and human resources

?  Ensure exceptional service and food quality to provide guests with an excellent dining experience

 

Management candidates must have:

?  A strong, stable work history, with experience managing high-volume restaurants

?  A strong passion to work in the restaurant industry

?  A minimum of a High School diploma or GED
