Prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner.? Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure total customer satisfaction.

Our world-class Culinary Department is currently seeking a dynamic individual to work the PM shift as a cook. Candidates are considered qualified by demonstrating all of the following:

* 2 years of previous culinary experience
* Ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays)
* Desire to work in a high-energy and customer-focused environment
* Ability to support both banquet and ala carte culinary needs
